En los últimos pedidos y envíos que se han realizado han tardado más de la cuenta. Además de que, me pude topar con malas caras y contestaciones, las cuales no fueron directamente hacia mi, sino a una clienta que estaba por teléfono preguntado acerca de un paquete. La chica que estaba en mostrador, mostraba cara de disgusto porque la persona realizaba preguntar oportunas acerca de su paquete. Sólo dejaron una notificación en mi domicilio diciendo que era la segunda y última visita (cuando yo había hecho la compra el día anterior, por lo que obviamente no podían haber hecho ya ² visitas). En general, muy mal servicio e inadecuada resolución a los problemas. Terrible service, they never answer the phone or leave it off the hook while they are working. No vuelvo a contratar servicio ahí.
