In the terminal there is good service, clean, with free internet access, television and light connections for the public. While on the bus always clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De aquí salen a Acapulco los buses. A tiempo y lugar con estacionamiento. Regresé a Morelos muy noche y la zona no se ve demasiado conflictiva. No les recomiendo los tamales de afuera xD
El bus diamante muy espacioso y cómodo
Hay sala de espera pequeña pero suficiente
From here the buses leave for Acapulco. On time and place with parking. I returned to Morelos late at night and the area does not seem too troubled. I do not recommend the tamales from outside xD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ por retrasó en la capu puebla y el operador se perdió...perdi otro autobús que iba para guerrero pésimo servicio ....tube que pagar otros $300 y perder muchas horas en cuernavaca
Due to the delay in the capu Puebla and the operator got lost ... I lost another bus that was going to guerrero, terrible service ... I had to pay another $ 300 and lose many hours in Cuernavaca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar muy acondicionado todo, buena atención y cerca de algunos servicios de comida rápida con internet libre si tienes que ponerte en contacto con familiares y no tienes datos o saldo.
Excellent place, everything is well conditioned, good service and close to some fast food services with free internet if you have to contact family and you do not have data or balance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is clean and offers free WiFi (it is rather slow, but it works...) The prices are decent. There is a small DeliMart inside selling foods and drinks. There are a lot of taxis outside. You can charge your devices inside which is very nice (see my uploaded photo for referance). There are many seats inside and there is security checking the place (in case you're afraid of being robbed, since it's not the safest place to be at - from what I've heard from the locals).
