Está limpio, es cómodo y amplio, tiene una pequeña cocina con estufa, mesa y trastos.
Su personal muy amable y atento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación es 5 estrellas tanto la zona como la cercania a la playa. El edificio y patio/jardín estan muy bien. Las habitaciones estudio, al menos la que me toco en planta baja esta aceptable entre 2 y 3 estrellas. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. NO hay caja de seguridad. El precio es muy bajo por ende tampoco esta mal. Si se podria cuidar el baño un poco más y en mi caso el wifi no funciona lo cual no importa porque me saque un plan de telcel muy economico. El personal es muy muy amable y a 1 cuadra se encuentra la recepción ( que es el hotel tikul donde pueden muy amablamentr guardar tus maletas hasta que la habitacion este lista)
The location is 5 stars both the area and the proximity to the beach. The building and patio / garden are very good. The studio rooms, at least the one on the ground floor, is acceptable between 2 and 3 stars. The air conditioning works perfect. There is NO safe. The price is very low therefore it is not bad either. If you could take care of the bathroom a little more and in my case the wifi does not work which does not matter because I got a very cheap telcel plan. The staff is very very friendly and 1 block away is the reception (which is the Tikul hotel where they can very kindly store your bags until the room is ready)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo, bien comodo, y tiene una cocina pequeña con lo que necesitas para desayunar. Necesitas comprar cafe porque no hay en habitacion. Hay tacos authenticos cuatro cuadras lejos de, esta exactamente donde termina Quinta Avenida con todo que quieres. Solamente hay una cosa que hay luz de cielo que pase entre de los tres pisos y con eso puedes escuchar tu vesino haciendo todo en su habitacion. Hay wifi, tv con Netflix, A/C, y la processa de check-in/check-out fue muy facil.
Very nice, very comfortable, and it has a small kitchen with what you need for breakfast. You need to buy coffee because there is no room. There are authentic tacos four blocks away from, this is exactly where Fifth Avenue ends with everything you want. There is only one thing that there is light from heaven that passes between the three floors and with that you can hear your vesino doing everything in his room. There is wifi, tv with Netflix, A / C, and the check-in / check-out process was very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir durften nicht eine Minute früher einchecken, allerdings im Poolbereich durften wir solange warten. Die Unterkunft war sehr Preiswert. Klimaanlage war glaube ich nicht so sauber. Im Badezimmer hat es allerdings bisschen geschimmelt. Gute Einrichtung Bett war jetzt nicht das bequemste. Aber wir sind doch recht zufrieden gewesen. Gemütliches Rooftop good for a evening beer. Klein aber fein.
We weren't allowed to check in a minute earlier, but we were allowed to wait in the pool area. The accommodation was very cheap. I don't think air conditioning was that clean. It was moldy in the bathroom, however. Good furniture bed was not the most comfortable now. But we were quite satisfied. Cozy rooftop good for an evening beer. Small but nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malý, ale útulný hotýlek. Recepce je o ulici vedle. Personál ochotný a vstřícný. Pokoje čisté. Občas trochu hlučnější klientela. K dispozici přístup na pláž Martina beach. Pokud bych ještě přijel do Playa del Carmen, určitě bych zvolil opět toto místo. Co bylo špatné, je snídaně. Ale není problém dobře posnídat v okolí.
A small but cozy hotel. The reception is on the street next door. Staff helpful and helpful. Rooms clean. Sometimes a little noisier clientele. There is access to the Martina beach. If I still come to Playa del Carmen, I would definitely choose this place again. What was bad is breakfast. But it's not a problem to have breakfast in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the location, close to the beach and 5th but far enough from the noise. It's very quaint and cozy, the rooms tucked away from the street, a little garden in the atrium. Need to collect the keys at Casa Tikul down the street, and the staff are super friendly there. Pretty good water pressure and hot water. Netflix!
The way the place is built, there are windows connecting the rooms and you can hear what is going on in adjoining or upstairs rooms. Other things make up for it though. Some ants around, as it is set in a garden, so keep the place clean! Sometimes you will need to request cleaning services, the weekday lady is quite nice.
