★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El auto nunca se nos fue entregado pues la validación/comparación de la firma entre pasaporte y licencia de conducir no pasó. En los documentos, claramente se ve que es similar, más no idéntica; la señorita que nos atendió estuvo de acuerdo.
La señorita no pudo ayudarnos con la reservación o a darnos opciones viables (no nos dejo cambiar el nombre de la reservación, no nos dejo hacer una reservación nueva a otro nombre por la misma razón de la firma, que porque estamos en el mismo grupo).
Se llamo al servicio al cliente desde la sucursal en donde nos encontrábamos y tampoco se nos ofreció opción alguna para resolver.
Finalmente, el auto fue dado a otra gente y nos quedamos sin auto.
La compañía se rehusa a reembolsar el dinero hasta ahora y ofrecen mantener la reservación abierta por un año. Pero me pregunto: qué persona querría mantener relación alguna con una compañía después de la experiencia que tuvimos?
 The car was never delivered to us because the validation/comparison of the signature between the passport and the driver's license did not pass. In the documents, it is clearly seen that it is similar, but not identical; the lady who served us agreed.
The lady could not help us with the reservation or give us viable options (she did not let us change the name of the reservation, she did not let us make a new reservation to another name for the same reason of signing, that because we are in the same group).
Customer service was called from the branch where we were and we were not offered any option to resolve it.
Finally, the car was given to other people and we were left without a car.
The company refuses to refund the money so far and offer to keep the reservation open for one year. But I wonder: what person would want to have any relationship with a company after the experience we had?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made online reservation, when I arrived there they said some taxes and insurance wasn't included, so when they recalculated the price, it was 10 times higher! Simply unacceptable!
