★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan los horarios ya que nosotros podemos esperar 30 min para ser atendidos pero si llegamos 10 minutos tarde no nos realizan todas las áreas asignadas, es un gran área a mejorar el respeto tiene que ser para ambas partes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se dejen engañar por sus grandes descuentos. Personal flojo y nada profesional. Te depilan saltándose muchos espacios. Después de 10 sesiones estás peor de como empezaste. Máquinas viejas y en mal estado. Y lo malo que se cobran por adelantado. Nadie formal que de la cara. Demasiada rotación de personal.
Do not be fooled by its great discounts. Lazy and unprofessional staff. They shave you by skipping many spaces. After 10 sessions you are worse than you started. Old and shabby machines. And how bad they are charged in advance. Nobody formal that of the face. Too much staff turnover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día,creo que ya estuvo muy largo mi tx,ya que mis paquetes son desde 2018,apenas me estan empezando a dar de alta algunas areas,tmb para comentar que la chica de recepción no de esta cita sino la que estuvo el mes pasado se porto grosera cuando yo le explicaba que en mis paquetes siempre me incluían espalda completa ya que antes no estaban sepados,entonces el mes pasado no se me trabajo esa área, pero bueno lo importante que ya se resolvió ese detalle porque si estaba muy molesta,que tengan bonito día bendiciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un paquete un poco presionada por la insistencia de las chicas y luego me arrepentí, quise cancelar y no me dejaron..ahora busco que me cambien al menos de área pero le piden lo haga a través del call Center, espero me resuelvan pronto. Por otro lado me dieron de alta en el área de axila y continuo con vellos...me darán una sesión más y espero ya quedé con eso.
I bought a package a little pressured by the insistence of the girls and then I regretted it, I wanted to cancel and they wouldn't let me... now I'm looking for them to change my area at least but they ask me to do it through the Call Center, I hope they solve me soon.
