N	Nathalie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los costos son muy elevados, los instructores parecen particulares uno de ellos parece que se molesta si le pides ayuda, las personas que dan las clases fitness no son puntuales y algunos de los aparatos ya están deteriorados. The costs are very high, the instructors seem private, one of them seems to get annoyed if you ask for help, the people who give the fitness classes are not punctual and some of the equipment is already damaged.

El hotel no funciona y quieren sacar extras del gimnasio... Bonito todo pero ni el gimnasio mas caro de GDL cuesta 1000 pesos el mes The place is nice, clean and with good facilities but the price is a mockery ... What happened?.. The hotel does not work and they want to get extras from the gym ... Nice everything but not even the most expensive gym in GDL costs 1000 pesos per month
D	Daniel Moya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Hay mucho equipo para cada area muscular, en muy buen estado. -El área de cardio es suficiente -Los instructores te ponen rutinas buenas y si te corrigen movimientos -Para lo q tiene, está a buen precio pagando de 3 meses en adelante (o con las promociones, que la encargada hace cada mes) -Abre en domingos y todo el sabado! -lo unico q no me gusta tanto es q aunq el vapor y regaderas estan limpios, no les haria mal una remodelada. Los colores y cantidad de luz son pobres. Usar mas paredes/azulejos blancos, mas luz y un cambio en las puertas de las regaderas le haria muuy bien. -There is a lot of equipment for each muscular area, in very good condition. -The cardio area is sufficient -The instructors give you good routines and if they correct movements -For what you have, it is at a good price paying from 3 months onwards (or with the promotions, which the person in charge does every month) -Open on Sundays and all Saturday! -The only thing I don't like so much is that even though the steam and showers are clean, it wouldn't hurt them to remodel. The colors and amount of light are poor. Using more white walls / tiles, more light and a change in shower doors would do you very well.
v	vicrol dd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los baños están llenos de hongos, nunca prenden el aire acondicionado, los instructores de pesas parecen particulares, todo el tiempo en su celular, las clases de fitness las quitan y las ponen sin previo aviso, no cubren varios de los horarios y en vacaciones las quitan. Yo no lo recomiendo. The bathrooms are full of fungi, they never turn on the air conditioning, the weight instructors seem particular, all the time on their cell phones, the fitness classes take them off and put them on without prior notice, they do not cover several of the schedules and on holidays the take away. I do not recommend.

A favor, esta equipado con suficientes aparatos para hacer un buen entrenamiento. Venden suplementos en sus instalaciones y el ambiente es muy agradable . De mis gimnasios favoritos de la zona!!!!SÚPER RECOMENDANDO Very complete and spacious gym, you can train very comfortably at any time. There is free private parking. They sell supplements in their facilities and the atmosphere is very pleasant. One of my favorite gyms in the area !!!! SUPER RECOMMENDING

Es una burla este gym, de todos en los que he estado este se pasó por muchoo, nada recomendable
