★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen los medicamentos que busco, siempre me terminan mandando a la Vlla de las flores o Cuautitlán, tampoco te sugieren algo similar de la marca de la farmacia. Pesimo! Mejor quitenla, porque para comprar cosas "básicas" tenemos el Aurrera y el Chedraui muuuy cerca de ahí.
 They never have the medications that I look for, they always end up sending me to the Vlla de las Flores or Cuautitlán, nor do they suggest something similar from the pharmacy brand. Appalling! Better remove it, because to buy "basic" things we have the Aurrera and the Chedraui very close to there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darle una estrella es demasiado, la espera es mucha estan 4 personas dentro y solo una atiende, mientras ven sus catálogos de zapatos y se aglomera la gente afuera.. el jefe o no se que sea sale y entra sin portar cubrebocas!!..
Tienen pegado en la ventana que tomaron su curso de sanidad satisfactoriamente y no aplican el protocolo y sus repartidores entran y salen del establecimiento sin sanitizar se ni nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es horrible y de mal gusto que tengan la tienda vacía y con mucho espacio para hacer fila dentro de la tienda y te dejen afuera con el olor nauseabundo del canal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo hice pedido a domicilio de dos medicamentos que ni antibióticos eran, tardaron mas de 3 horas, tuve que insistir en tres llamadas para medio lograr llegará mi medicamento, la persona que tomó mi pedido dio TOTALMENTE mal mí dirección y yo la corregí, y ni así pudo llegar mi medicamento a tiempo, me parecen inhumanos de paso llamé y me dejaron colgada, verdaderamente estoy muy molesta,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, las que atienden desde que entras te dicen que hagas fila y que no puedes ver ni tocar nada por que ellas te tienen atender cuando por fin pides lo que necesitas te dan lo que quieren y si les dices que no solo te dicen "es lo que ay"
