★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo el servicio de Fernanda, El dia 6 de Abril 2022 compre unas conexiones para una instalación de tanque de gas para llevar de Playa del Carmen a Cancun, la instalación requeria de conexiones mas grandes. Regresando de Cancun el dia 13 de Abril no quizo cambiar por otro articulo o procesar devolución de las conexiones de gas que no eran del tamaño correcto, con justificación de que ya paso MUCHO TIEMPO. Las conexiones siguen en el empaque original. Cuando se le solicita hablar con gerente se niega la información que el esta muy ocupado o de vacaciones, y que no llega en dentro de 15 dias a un mes... sin razon exacta de cuando puedo hablar con el para que apruebe la devolución. Yo no recomiendo comprar aqui si es que tienes trabajas a largo plazo o si compras a mayoreo ya que si necesitas cambiarlo no lo aceptan.
Fernanda's service was very bad. On April 6, 2022, I bought some connections for a gas tank installation to take from Playa del Carmen to Cancun, the installation required larger connections. Returning from Cancun on April 13, he did not want to exchange for another item or process the return of the gas connections that were not the correct size, with the justification that a LONG TIME had already passed. The connections are still in the original packaging. When asked to speak with the manager, the information is denied that he is very busy or on vacation, and that he does not arrive within 15 days to a month... without an exact reason for when I can speak with him to approve the return. I do not recommend buying here if you have a long-term job or if you buy in bulk because if you need to change it they do not accept it.
