★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para vivir, con varias mejoras a realizar pero al ser un fraccionamiento relativamente nuevo y en crecimiento se pueden buscar acciones para mantener el ambiente tranquilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadie usa cubre bocas ni en los comercios de ahí, ninguna tienda ni carnicería o establecimiento lleva las medidas de seguridad por contingencia, siendo hidalgo uno de los estados con mayor margen de infección, es muy tranquilo y realmente no hay mucho que ver está aún muy solo sin comercios fuera del fraccionamiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha inseguridad, falta de mantenimiento, cuando llueve se inundan las casas, cortes de agua seguidos, las casas están bien echas es lo único bueno pero tienen muchas deficiencias y más que una vez que te entregan tu casa te dan una mala atención y se deslindan de todo. Y todo es más caro, los comerciantes suben mucho los precios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento esta pequeño comparandolo con los demas de la zona, las casas son normales, le faltan mas lugares de comercio ya que casi no hay locales comerciales donde comprae lo basico, encuanto a precios de las casas si son los mas accecibles de la zona

Cuando llueve se mete el agua ya sea por la puerta principal y la área de servicio, las puertas y ventanas muy sensillas para los costos que tiene las viviendas, la administración vale pura madre, ya que no se encargan realmente del mantenimiento y seguridad del fraccionamiento, ROBAN MUY SEGUIDO LAS VIVIENDAS AUN CUANDO TIENEN PROTECCIONES, roban seguido el OXXO que está dentro del fraccionamiento, los parques o áreas comunes están muy descuidadas (no podan adecuadamente ni mucho menos mantienen bien árboles o parques) Pocos comercios y los que hay elevan mucho sus precios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es tranquilo el Fraccionamiento muy familiar, casas comerciales pero resistentes, cada vez es más rápido la llegada de más familias.
Lo único malo es que no hay variedad de comercios y que para las últimas casas la entrada queda lejos real. ?
Estaría increíble que construyeran otra entrada y salida del Fracc, eso sería un plus ya que están construyendo más cosas atrás.
