★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, pedí un globo y fui a la sucursal a recogerlo y al llegar estaba cerrado, pedí el globo un día antes y lo pague, han pasado 3 días y no me han regresado mi dinero casi se arruina mi evento, cero profesionales no los recomiendo nada
 Terrible service, I asked for a balloon and went to the branch to pick it up and when I arrived it was closed, I asked for the balloon a day before and paid for it, 3 days have passed and my money has not been returned to me, my event almost ruined, zero professionals no I recommend nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta bien pero solo para globos gigantes, un poco elevado el costo de globos normales, y los articulos de fiesta estan muy atrasados, al parecer todo es por encargo.
The place is fine but only for giant balloons, the cost of normal balloons is a bit high, and the party supplies are long overdue, apparently everything is on request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó. Fui a pedir soluciones para un regalo y ni se molestaron en sugerir nada. Fui al Arca de Noé junto a la verdulería Sarabia y me ofrecieron de todo a muy buen precio y excelente actitud.
I did not like. I went to ask for solutions for a gift and they didn't even bother to suggest anything. I went to Noah's Ark next to the Sarabia greengrocer and they offered me everything at a great price and excellent attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan bonitos, solo que al día siguiente (quizá el globo tenía un defecto) y se desinfló. Les comenté y ellos quedaron de mandarme un correo para hacerme un descuento en mi próxima compra (jamas me la mandaron).
They are beautiful, only the next day (maybe the balloon had a defect) and it deflated. I commented to them and they agreed to send me an email to give me a discount on my next purchase (they never sent it to me).

Los globos son muy buenos y la decoración es excelente. Un poco caro pero no hay otro lugar.
In my case the attention was good but in my order they were wrong and I had to wait about 2 hours for it to be changed ...
The balloons are very good and the decoration is excellent. A little expensive but there is no other place.
