El único y no menor problema es que su administración realmente es descuidada y no pone mucha atención a los detalles como nombres, apellidos, CURP, etc. El acta de defunción de un ser querido mío salió mal en dos ocasiones, ambas por error de está compañía. Aunque se encargaron de solucionarlo y proporcionaron apoyo, cuando uno pierde a un ser querido lo último que uno quiere es estar perdiendo tiempo y estrés por ineficiencias y trámites innecesarios. Solo porque la gente no pone atención a su trabajo. Para todos los que usen los servicios de está empresa, por favor, exijan extremo cuidado en el manejo de sus datos y de sus familiares, amigos o conocidos difuntos. Uno no tendría que perder el tiempo una y otra vez por estos descuidos. Suficiente es el dolor de perder a un ser querido, como para además sufrir por este tipo de descuidos.
The place is cheap and serious. The only and not least problem is that its administration is really sloppy and does not pay much attention to details such as names, surnames, CURP, etc. The death certificate of a loved one of mine went wrong on two occasions, both by mistake of this company. Although they took care of solving it and provided support, when you lose a loved one the last thing you want is to be wasting time and stress due to inefficiencies and unnecessary paperwork. Just because people don't pay attention to their work. For all those who use the services of this company, please demand extreme care in the handling of your data and of your deceased relatives, friends or acquaintances. One would not have to waste time over and over again for these oversights. Enough is the pain of losing a loved one, as well as suffering from this type of neglect.
