Las regresé el 20 Sep y un tal gerente de ventas Jorge Mojica reconocio la mal hechura de la bota, me dio su palabra que me las repondria y hasta me las mandaría a mi casa por cuenta de la compañía. Confiando en su palabra, le creí, y regrese a casa. A partir del 23 Sep he estado hablando con un tal Francisco Javier Quijas el cual pone todo pretextos diciendo que no tiene las botas. Despues colgaban mi llamadas o no contestaban! Frustante!! TOTAL QUE MINTIERON Y NUNCA ENVIARON BOTAS. Esta tienda con Muy mal servicio, mentirosos y aparte quedándose con Mi Dinero. No compren ahi.
On Sep 19 I bought some boots for my daughter. The next day I checked them and it turns out they were badly stuck and crooked. I returned them on Sep 20 and one such sales manager Jorge Mojica acknowledged the bad workmanship of the boot, gave me his word that he would replace them and even send them to my house on behalf of the company. Trusting in his word, I believed him, and returned home. As of September 23 I have been talking to a Francisco Javier Quijas who puts all pretexts saying he does not have the boots. Then they hung up my calls or didn't answer! Frustrating !! TOTAL THEY LIED AND NEVER SENT BOOTS. This store with Very bad service, liars and apart staying with My Money. Do not buy there.
