★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa no sería, que en ningún medio de contato telefonico o digital, puedes poner tu queja, o en el mismo mostrador te dan la solución de regresarte por que no vieron adecuadamente su inventario pensando que si hay derecho hay izquierdo. Espero poder subir mi queja a algún sitio, pero no recomiendo en lo absiluto, ya que no saben de atención a cliente.
Company would not be, that in any telephone or digital contact, you can put your complaint, or at the same counter they give you the solution to return because they did not see their inventory properly thinking that if there is a right there is left. I hope to be able to upload my complaint to some place, but I do not recommend it in the absilut, since they do not know about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tu no pides factura, ellos toman el ticket y lo facturan a nombre de alguien mas. Lo cual es ilegal y te puede traer problemas para garantía.
If you don't ask for an invoice, they take the ticket and invoice it in someone else's name. Which is illegal and can lead to warranty problems.
