★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even on a deal through their website, US$150, this isn’t value for money. The price included an old and very worn set of Taylormade clubs (grip on PW was loose, which was pointed out afterwards to no more than a shrug of the shoulder) and a bucket of balls for the range (which had no distance indications, sadly). There’s the occasional well-designed and interesting hole, but too many holes are pedestrian in design. Fairways were really good and closely cut, but some of the teeboxes needed help, and some of the greens also had severe drought spots: Not what you expect at that price. Worse still the green speed didn’t seem true from one hole to the next either. It was nice to get out and play, but I left largely disappointed despite a decent score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fill in a mangrove for an unnecessary golf course and see if I have anything nice to say....they also killed a manatee...die!!! Subsequent to this review i have noticed beach erosion next to Mareazul where the fill occurred. Mangroves are essential to the health of the beaches but Grand Corral only cares about money. There are way better golf courses not far away. Please do not support a place that bribes the government to break environmental laws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice layout but the greens are in bad shape most months. Not sure why they don't roll and cut them shorter. Putts tend to bounce . It's great value 2 for 1 most days. Nice practice facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not stay at this resort; but, we did pay a visit. The golf course looked well maintained and those using it seemed happy with it. Looks like a nice place if you are a golfer.

Extremely friendly professional and assistants.
Equipment was supplied for range use.
Course itself looked in good condition.
Full facilities on site to make it an enjoyable experience. Even taking care of yours aches and pains if need be.
Next time I'm in Cancun, I'll bring my bats ? & play a round or two there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suits were big and comfy. Loved our private pool. Good choice of food. The staff were kind and very friendly. The pool they have was huge for all those who are staying with the beach less than a minute away.
Only thing I didn't like was our jacuzzi light needed to be changed and our bathroom door. You had to push it open so when you're in the shower you have to pull it if you want to get out. But there's no handle on that side so I had to push the door forward and wait for it to swing back and catch the door so I could open it. I couldn't fully push it open cause the toliet was right there and would prevent u from being able to open it fully.
Over all I would recommend it though.????
