El servicio es pésimo las personas que atienden tienen una actitud horrible los autos te los entregan sucios y con olor a humedad te sacan dinero por cualquier cosa es más barato viajar en transporte público que pagarle a estas ratas.

Pésimo servicio, el auto super sucio y por dentro con olor a humedad. Quien atiende es súper prepotente y te cobran las perlas de la vida sin previo aviso, rentas por un costo y ya que llegas, te aumentan el seguro del auto y varias cosillas más que hace que se eleve mucho el costo inicial y no te puedes negar a rentarlo porque se quedan con una comisión bastante alta.

Son peor que piratas reservas y ya que estas ahí te quieren cobrar extras, en semáforo rojo covid entregan carros sin lavar por fuera menos pensar sanitizados y como en la reserva reservación das un deposito después de eso te tratan como si te hicieran un favor.

Our hotel recommended Green Motion and even though it was significantly more expensive than other rental companies, we went with it thinking it would save us some hassle, so we went with them. The good: The driver picked us up at the airport and dropped us off for breakfast leaving the car with us. They also let us just leave it at the airport, which made things easy for an early departure. The bad: This company is WAY more expensive than other companies. The car was a little beat up, but we didn't mind. The kicker: it didn't have power steering! This wasn't a big deal on the highway, but since we drove around and stayed in a hilly Zihua, driving was really difficult. They said they've had complaints about it before, but it was our fault for choosing a "low-class" vehicle, ha! Yes, we selected the "economy" vehicle since we are only 2 people: if we had known it didn't have power steering, we would have just gone with another company for that price. It's not listed in the specs online that you do or don't get power steering. They offered that we could upgrade to a more expensive car with power steering, but at this point we felt taken advantage of and didn't want to give the company any more money. We were disappointed and would not recommend them for their quality of cars and customer service.

Update: These people are crooks! They charged me for insurance after we had discussed in detail that I already had insurance and I showed them the document that stated such. The gentleman (ha!) told me that would put a $10,000MXN charge on my card and then remove the charge when I returned the card. I agreed. Instead, they charged me for insurance. When I called to discuss this, they magically forgot all about our conversation. Pinche Ladrones! The price is great if you don't mind not picking up the car at the airport. The Booking.com instruction sheet said the location was in Downtown Ixtapa. That is not correct. It is located on the main highway in Zihuatanejo. Make sure you put the address in your GPS. Martin is very professional and in customary Mexican fashion, very personable.

After booking online they claimed that insurance was excluded from the price, which was never mentioned a n my emails or anything. The car was in Bad state, kind of broken gearbox?! Not recommend.
