★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Jamás se acercó alguien para preguntar qué buscábamos, nos quedamos desde afuera viendo porque llevamos a mi pequeño y sin pena alguna, nos bajaron las cortinas en la cara aún faltando 30 mins para que cerrarán.
Nos recomendaron el lugar pero fueron demasiados groseros. Obvio no regresariamos.
Terrible attention. No one ever approached to ask what we were looking for, we stayed from the outside seeing why we took my little one and without any regrets, the curtains were lowered in our faces still 30 minutes before they close.
They recommended the place to us but they were too rude. Obviously we would not return.

Compré azulejo para mi casa, se programó la entrega para una semana después de mi compra (tiempo lo establecen ellos), llaman día de entrega sin avisarte antes o indicar previamente hora de Cita y/o entrega, di opciones de: entregar más tarde, reprogramar, dejar azulejo fuera de mi casa, etc y su única opción vía telefónica fue que asistiera a tienda si quiero devolución, asisto a tienda y resulta que por cancelar te quieren penalizar con 20%, argumentan ticket lo cita, lo cual es ventajoso porque al momento de comprar u antes de la compra jamás te indican esas condiciones, pésimo servicio, trato del personal malísimo, CERO RECOMENDABLE COMPRAR AQUÍ!!! Adjuntaría mi ticket pero siguen sin entregarme y me quieren cobrar el flete, cuando se supone es gratuito en compras mayores a “x” cantidad que obviamente rebase…

I bought tile for my house, delivery was scheduled for a week after my purchase (time is set by them), they call delivery day without notifying you beforehand or previously indicating Appointment and/or delivery time, I gave options: deliver later, reschedule, leave tile outside my house, etc. and his only option by phone was for me to go to the store if I want a refund, I go to the store and it turns out that for canceling they want to penalize you with 20%, they argue that the ticket cites him, which is advantageous because At the time of buying or before the purchase they never indicate those conditions, lousy service, terrible staff treatment, ZERO RECOMMENDED TO BUY HERE!!! I would attach my ticket but they still do not deliver and they want to charge me the freight, when it is supposed to be free on purchases greater than "x" amount that obviously exceeds...
