★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los modelos lo llevan haciendo desde hace más de 10 años, las albercas con una tomada de pelo y no están habilitadas para su uso. Los acabados de las casas tiene muchas deficiencias. Y efectivamente son atentos cuando te están vendiendo pero, para las garantías pésimo servicio. Los acabados de los muros interiores son horribles.
Te venden diciéndote que puede remodelar tu casa como tú quieras pero ni siquiera Te entregan planos de la casa. No tienen tan buena distribución. La única ventaja que tienen estas casas es que el terreno no es tan pequeño.
The models have been doing it for more than 10 years, the pools with a haircut and are not enabled for use. The finishes of the houses have many deficiencies. And indeed they are attentive when they are selling you but, for the lousy service guarantees. The interior wall finishes are horrible.
They sell you by telling you that they can remodel your house as you want but they don't even give you house plans. They don't have such a good distribution. The only advantage that these houses have is that the land is not so small.
