Hard to communicate if you aren't a Spanish speaker, but we managed to get by! Our clothes were clean and folded for only 100 pesos for two loads! My bag was pretty torn because I asked them to wash it, but I didn't mind because I wasn't intending on keeping it. When she tells you to return at a certain time though, listen, because she needs the time for the clothes to lay out and dry properly. Definitely a good find for travelers, if you don't mind the walk to find her house!

Seems very weird walking down a random street and there’s no signage as it’s at her house, but you can see the other laundry hanging outside, I really recommend coming here as it’s supporting a nice local business- clothes were super clean and smelt amazing! Can get clothes back next day in 24hrs just to allow time to dry outside. Amazing value and felt very at ease that all clothes will come back- at bigger shops with different staff working, things ultimately get lost. Super happy! If you need some laundry done in Tulum whilst travelling through- this is the place!!

Very good laundry service! Looks a bit weird as it’s a random house with no signs on it but the lady was super super nice! She spoke only Spanish though. The clothes were super clean and smelled amazing! Will definitely use this laundry service again ♥️

Lavandería Mary did an excellent job. They were EXTREMELY friendly, welcoming, did an amazing job, and overall service was easy and convenient. The next time I am in the Tulum area I will return, and highly recommend this place to anyone interested!

Great local place, just looks like someone's house but you'll be able to spot by the large amount of laundry hanging out front. 24hr turnaround. Paid 60pesos for a full large shopping bag of clothes. You pay when you collect. The people don't speak much English but it's pretty self explanatory, she'll show you the weight and price on scales when you bring the laundry on initial visit.

Because of all positive reviews we also decided to go here for laundry service. The following is based on our own experience (maybe we are just unlucky). - Giving clothes: the place is a residential home in a local neighbourhood. When we arrived there at the gate, we waited until a boy came. He only said in Spanish: 'Come back tomorrow evening at 7pm'. We gave him our clothes in a plastic bag. - Pick up not ready yet The next day we came at the requested time. The family was having dinner so it took us some time to see someone. The husband came and told us that the clothes are not ready yet and that we need to come the next day. - Picking up clothing So we went the next day in the afternoon to pick up our clothes. They were cleaned and folded and given to us in a different plastic bag (thats okay but be aware that you prob will get a transparent bag in return). We paid 70 pesos for one bag which seems good for us. But at home we realised that one white tshirt was missing. - Another return for the missing tshirt The next day we went back for the tshirt but they did not have it anymore and said something that it was another place and that we should come back at 11am. But since this was our last day we couldn't pick it up. Our hotel owner said that these things often happened here. So unfortunately we need to accept that tshirt is lost. Else: clothes are dry, clean and smelled very well. Therefore I give an extra star for this. Ofc its good to support locals but its annoying to find a shirt lost. We haven't heard anything about a delivery service like in other reviews stated.

Hi, I left my clothes yesterday at 4 pm and picked up today after 4 pm. That was 2-3 kg and paid 45 pesos. I am happy and will recommend this service. Very nice lady too, thank you.
