★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan servicio de salud pública, pertenece a la secretaria de salud, carece de medicina, de reactivos para el laboratorio, el lugar inadecuado, luce triste y descuidado. Que pena por estos lugares con historia y que en su momento fueron excelentes servicios, y ahora se nota su abandono por parte de la gobierno estatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora que es INSABI pues si se nota el cambio por lo menos en la atención de entrada porque ya no está la PINCHE GORDA DÉSPOTA que daba las fichas, y que bueno porque era nefasta! Lo que no entiendo es por qué carajos exigen que uno lleve 2 copias del INE para que te atiendan, ojalá alguien me explique esa ridiculez... Por lo demás, pues el trato de enfermeras y doctoras es muy muy bueno; son atentas, amables, te ayudan en tu tratamiento y dan buen seguimiento. También mientras esperas turno en la sala a veces hay pláticas de salud que valen mucho la pena. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque el edificio está en muy malas condiciones, le urge un buen cambio de imagen, está muy deteriorado, y lo peor, NO HAY BAÑO PARA HOMBRES!!! INCREÍBLE!! El horario de atención es de 8 a 4pm pero les recomiendo llegar entre 7-7:30 porque ya hay pacientes a esa hora. Gracias por leer mi reseña y espero les sirva a todos, saludos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero denunciar la negligencia , mal trato, falta de ética profesional y falta de tacto de la señora Martha que pone las vacunas, por eso estamos como estamos. Llegué 12:30 y me negó la atención y las vacunas para mí bebé de 4 meses que estuvimos esperando durante una hora, por si fuera poco atendió a un señor antes que a mí y ese señor llegó alrededor de la 1 pm. puse una queja en el buzón ( ni siquiera tiene candados, cualquier persona con las manos en la cintura puede retirar esas quejas). Les sugiero que mejor vacunen a sus peques en otro lugar o tengan cuidado con esa persona, ya realicé mi queja ante la dirección general de salud del estado de México.
