Trabajo, regular dejé señalado hasta donde y su criterio le indicó que se le tenía que cortar menos y parece que no le hicieron Bastilla.
Un punto super malo, es que en Google los buscas, menciona su horario de cierre es 7:30 pm y no es cierto, llamé y dicen que es a las 7:00 pm, hay puntos a mejorar sin duda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hice caso a las malas reseñas de clientes anteriores y arruinaron los 3 pares que les entregué para reparar. Hacen el trabajo de zapateria super mal :S no cuidan para nada el calzado. No volveria nunca y le recomendaria a mis conocidos que no fueran.
I ignored the bad reviews from previous customers and they ruined the 3 pairs I gave them for repair. They do super bad shoe work: S they don't take care of shoes at all. I would never go back and I would recommend that my acquaintances not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé mi calzado un miércoles, el servicio era para un viernes a las 5, fui el sábado a las 11 am y me dice que si lo espero 15 mins porque apenas lo va hacer. Ninguna de las 3 personas trae cubrebocas. No me gusto el trabajo que hicieron, a la carrera y mal hecho.
I left my shoes on a Wednesday, the service was for a Friday at 5, I went on Saturday at 11 am and he tells me if I wait 15 minutes because he will hardly do it. None of the 3 people wears face masks. I did not like the work they did, on the run and badly done.

Mi mamá dejo desde las 3pm su abrigo y le dijeron que lo recogiera a las 6:30pm del mismo día y cuando llegó ni siquiera habían empezado. Mi suegra también ya varias veces tuvo esa situación y de plano dejó de ir. Ojalá pudieran cambiar ese servicio.
Super late and badly left to deliver the orders. My mom left her coat from 3pm and they told her to pick it up at 6:30 pm the same day and when she arrived they hadn't even started. My mother-in-law also had that situation several times and stopped going. I wish they could change that service.

Badly done. I brought some leather boots to be sewn and they returned them to me just as uncooked. I entered them under warranty and again they are delivered to me glued but not cooked. Disaster!!!
Very poorly done.
They made me come twice because I wasn't ready at the time they gave me!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quiere evitar corajes, frustraciones, derrames de bilis y miles de vueltas sin resultados positivos, EVITE ir a este lugar.
Dos meses para arreglar una suela, y finalmente ya ni puedo usar los zapatos que llevé, porque la solución resultó peor....y hasta las agujetas perdieron.
Mal hecho, incumplidos, nadie asume responsabilidad y además caro !!!
If you want to avoid anger, frustration, bile spills and thousands of laps without positive results, AVOID going to this place.
Two months to fix a sole, and finally I can't even wear the shoes I wore anymore, because the solution turned out worse....and even the laces lost.
Badly done, unfulfilled, no one assumes responsibility and also expensive!
