Very quick to drive in and return your vehicle. You line up and the complete a quick inspection to make sure everything is good, make sure to take pictures before od the vehicle when you rent just in case! They even drove us to the airport so we didn't have to take shuttle or taxi (we tipped the nice gentleman for driving us. He was very helpful and spoke a bit of English so we talked the entire way there :) Renting a vehicle is a bit of a pain because once you rent you also have to buy insurance separately for 90% coverage on an suv was upwards of $1000. So keep that in mind. The vehicle we rented was a 2021 Taoz and it was a dream to drive and not expensive to fill. If you need a carseat it was $280 for 15 days, so check with your airline to see if you can't bring your own from home or buy one in Mexico from the Walmart in Cancun or Chetumal.

Scam! Only returned half my deposit and originally online it said $300 I was charge for the highest insurance of which I did not ask for rounded up to $900 for 5 days. I speak Spanish proficiently and still feel like these people are just trying to scam anyone they can they tried to charge me for damage that was already on the car luckily I took pictures before leaving! Never coming back to this place again.

Overall the car provided was great and ran with no issues. Keep in mind I am bilingual and speak Spanish proficiently. The issue comes with being told we would be able to rent out a car for a few days for almost 5,500 pesos (~$268 USD) which wasn't bad. We were told we would be able to pay for the car at the end of the trip which was also fine. Our trip ends we come to return the car and they inform us the car has to be returned to a diff location (a bit annoying due to the fact they told me to return to this location). Workers didn't know where the location was and I had to drive around asking other car rentals where to go. Keep in mind on the invoice they only provide a general address to the airport. After 40 minutes we find the location, and they mention the new price of the car was about double, just over 11,110 pesos (~$542 USD). Offered no explanation, other than that was the price agreed. Triple check what the initial offer is, take photos of the car prior to leaving, and make sure to get the correct return location so you don't lose time driving around the airport.

STAY AWAY! This place is a complete scam. Booked my rental online and when I arrived excited to rent my car and start my vacation they said I need to have insurance or they will put a $30,000 USD hold on my card. The website allows you to decline insurance and last time I rented from them, they did not force me to have insurance. The best part, the “cheapest” insurance package was the same price per day as our rental, so our new total was now double the price we were quoted. They are complete scammers. We left and will not be back.

The service was confusing, waiting 40 mins to get my car. Very friendly and apologetic but it should take that long. P.S. you don't need the additional insurance that they offer!

Don't go to this place . They try to charge me for damage. When they bring me a mini Van . I pay for a Van full size . I take a video and foto with the damage and the guy in the front desk still want me to pay for the damage. Go to another place . They give me a price of $1300 for 14 day they ending charging $1630 $ 330 more . BS.

Was a little worried about the return of the vehicle to Hertz car rental as the pick up was not an enjoyable experience. However the staff here were quick and efficient. They did however go through the car with a fine tooth comb looking for any new scratches or dents. Make sure you took lots of high-resolution photos of every panel of the car when you took delivery at the beginning. Remember to also take photos of the tires as they even check these for small scratches or damage. The shuttle which takes you back to the airport can make you wait for a while since I need several people to make the trip worth it. You could always drop a few dollars as a ‘tip’ to speed up the process. The return service was fine, that based on the pick up experience I will be looking for a different car rental service in future should I ever return to Mexico.

There is huge disconnect with the management of there inventory. The people in the airport do a great job getting you a good deal, but be prepared to wait 3 hours for a car. I hope corporate takes these reviews seriously. Do not use this service if you have toddler's or babies. The staff is great, but corporate needs to step in and do a better job with logistics. The gap of cars coming in and out is ridiculous to put it lightly. I'm not sure if I will use them again. The line was 30 people deep waiting for a vehicle.
