★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice. Very good breakfast busy street to cross to get anywhere but right close to the airport (u could walk-10mins!) so it’s a perfect airport spot with a good taco stand nearby..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta Mexico for 4 nights and the bed was most comfortable and the thermostat easy to adjust so I had a great sleep every night. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Sanitizer was available everywhere so I felt protected. If you asked for something, it was delivered within minutes and I had the most delicious shrimp tacos from room service! My maid was unobtrusive and did a good job. The location was excellent because you could walk across the street to a mall with a grocery store and several restaurants and a casino nearby. You could take a 5-10 minute walk to Neptune Marina and yacht basin where there is an outdoor market every Thursday evening and many restaurants and other services. I was impressed with this Holiday Inn and I will visit it again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very nice staff who were professional and attended our needs with respect and even though we were early for a check in they offered to hold our bags until check in. Love the free breakfast and the pool for my children. Negative: Late check in , should be earlier than 3pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have stayed here before and the staff remembered us. The first class breakfast service by Edwardo and Lupita was highly valued and greatly appreciated. Manager Dalia was attentive to our needs and requests and she went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed like family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this hotel a perfect rating but from the airport to the hotel which is only a very short distance cost at $32 US for taxi, very very pricey. The hotel room could be improved with a minimum of a mini fridge and microwave would be very helpful and considerate to comedy eight patients that go for surgery. The hotel staff and personnel are very helpful and friendly, breakfast is excellent beds that in linens are excellent washroom shower is excellent.

Great location: close enough to walk directly from the airport and from the hotel to a host of nearby restaurants.
Nice little outdoor pool/hot tub and a great continental breakfast.
Highly recommend, particularly for night of PVR arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The HI Express upgraded us to HI suites. Room/motel were spotless, security excellent. Your key is required to use the elevator. BEST of all was breakfast. Staff was better than great. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Very safe area. Negative: none.
