★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia perdi a mi abuelita por culpa de ellos, la dejaron un mes sin nada de alimento, no le querían poner ni la sonda aún cuando ya tenía la traqueostomia, los doctores unos déspotas de primera no se diga la Doctora SANTA, perdieron sus resultados de la biopsia y solamente me la hicieron sufrir mucho, pinché bola de culeros...(los enfermeros muy atentos en especial el enfermero Victor) pero de hay en más por todo se molestan uno tiene que andar atrás de los doctores para que puedan atender a tu paciente.!!
Pésima lost experience to my grandmother because of them, the left one month without any food, no he wanted to put or probe even when I had the tracheotomy, doctors despots first non Dr. SANTA be said, lost its results biopsy and only me they did suffer much, I played ball culeros ... (nurses very attentive especially the nurse Victor) but no more for everything bother you have to walk back to the doctors so they can attend your patient. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo cita hoy 4pm 22 de marzo del 2022 son las 5:39pm y aún sin que me llamen en el consultorio 1 de cirugía general. El tipo que da consulta(qué no tiene nada de ética)se la pasa conversando con su asistente(de 15 a 20 minutos)cada que sale un paciente. Este tipo de puestos no deberían de tener personas así de negligentes!
I have an appointment today 4 pm March 22, 2022 is 5:39 pm and they still haven't called me in the general surgery office 1. The guy who gives consultation (which has no ethics at all) spends his time talking with his assistant (from 15 to 20 minutes) every time a patient comes out. These types of positions should not have such negligent people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hospital le salvó la vida a mi papá, es el mejor hospital público que he pisado en mi vida. Podrían mejorar su trato, los guardias sobre todo y el personal de urgencias, pero el resto en general ofrecen buen trato la verdad, se nota un cambio en la típica cultura del IMSS de tratar mal a la gente, y como derechohabiente se los agradecemos mucho. Están saturados además, se nota y a veces eso entorpece los procesos, o hay escasez de médicos, también nos vimos afectados por eso :(. Reconocimiento especial al personal de terapia intensiva, médicos, enfermer@s y trabajadoras sociales, GRACIAS, al personal de piso de medicina interna, médicos y enfermer@s GRACIAS. Y en general gracias clínica 58 por darlo todo por sus pacientes. Dios bendiga a este hospital y a su gente.
This hospital saved my dad's life, it's the best public hospital I've been to in my life. They could improve their treatment, especially the guards and the emergency personnel, but the rest in general offer good treatment, the truth is, there is a change in the typical culture of the IMSS of treating people badly, and as a beneficiary we thank them very much . They are also saturated, it shows and sometimes that hinders the processes, or there is a shortage of doctors, we were also affected by that :(. Special recognition to the intensive care staff, doctors, nurses and social workers, THANKS, to the floor staff of internal medicine, doctors and nurses THANK YOU. And in general, thank you clinic 58 for giving everything for your patients. God bless this hospital and its people.
