L	Leonel Valenzuela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible imagen y pésimo personal, el día viernes por la tarde fui a pedir información para una intervención quirúrgica que necesito , en el comedor escuche gritos dentro de la cocina , me alarmó y pude ver un joven bajito que es al parecer su jefe estaba insultando y gritando a los trabajadores, pésimo gusto que tengan esas actitudes ya que habla muy mal de la calidad de personas que contratan y si hace eso con ellos que clase de atención y alimentos puedo esperar para mí recuperación de alguien con esa actitud tan agresiva , poco profesional y falta de prudencia. Ni de risa regreso a ese lugar Terrible image and lousy staff, on Friday afternoon I went to ask for information for a surgical intervention that I need, in the dining room I heard screams inside the kitchen, it alarmed me and I could see a short young man who is apparently his boss was insulting and yelling at the workers, it's awful that they have these attitudes since it speaks very poorly of the quality of the people they hire and if they do that with them, what kind of attention and food can I expect for me to recover from someone with such an aggressive, unprofessional attitude and lack of prudence. I don't even laugh back to that place

No hay cubículos para los clientes, parece que uno está en un banco u oficina burocrática firmando todo el papeleo de pie. El protocolo de higiene me pareció cutre. El acceso vehicular está mal diseñado. No tienen ni si quiera rampa de acceso en su “entrada principal”. The reception process is slow (30 minutes at best) and awkward. There are no cubicles for customers, it seems that one is in a bank or bureaucratic office signing all the paperwork standing up. The hygiene protocol seemed shabby to me. Vehicle access is poorly designed. They don't even have an access ramp at their “main entrance”.

Recomie od busquen otra opción. lousy hospital!!! Almost 1 month and they can't give an invoice. They leave you waiting for hours and no one answers. They never answer the phone. Recomie od look for another option.

Amigo me atendió la señorita Daniela Fragoso o algo y definitivamente te ignoran . Se supone que estas pagando por el servicio NO te deben de tratar así. Ojalá y capaciten mejor a su personal. It is a hospital where they take a long time for the paperwork, the receptionists are very despotic. Friend, Miss Daniela Fragoso attended me or something and they definitely ignore you. You are supposed to be paying for the service and you should NOT be treated like this. Hopefully they train their staff better.

B	Bernhard Wentzek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi cirugía de reemplazo de hombro estaba programada aquí en el Hospital MAC. Aunque el registro fue un poco lento. Además, hay muy poco espacio para completar y firmar documentos. Todo el personal fue atento y se aseguró de que mi estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Muchos hablaban un poco de inglés y eso facilitó un poco las cosas. La habitación era cómoda y estaba muy limpia. La comida es comida típica del hospital. Tanto el personal diurno como el nocturno estaban preocupados por mi comodidad. Salir del hospital fue más rápido de lo esperado. My shoulder replacement surgery was scheduled here at MAC Hospital. The check-in was a bit slow though. Also, there is very little space to complete and sign documents. All of the staff were attentive and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Many spoke a little English and that made things a bit easier. The room was comfortable and very clean. The food is typical hospital food. Both the day and night staff were concerned for my comfort. Getting out of the hospital was faster than expected.
