★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena, buenos precios el lugar es un hotel pero también venden alimentos preparados, en el lugar rentando bicis ... lo malo es que no hay mucho donde estacionarse y el menú es poco variado, alimentos muy buenos pero podrían mejorar en calidad y cantidad, no me quejo los precios son accesibles y el sabor es bueno...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a mixed bag. Restaurant service was excellent. Menu had a lot of fish items and was told they were all tilapia. TILAPIA? This is a fishing port with tons of good, fresh fish. We ordered Mole shrimp tacos that were delicious and the shrimp ceviche was also great. The hotel service was also good. The wifi was spotty and I was told it was a local thing. I stayed on the other side of town in Chixulub beforehand and had excellent Wifi. When I went to take a shower, the water in the tub did not drain and I showered in a foot high of dirty water. They offer bikes for guests and majority of them were flat and all had holes in the baskets. These are all details that a pricey (for Progreso) hotel should be on top of. The room itself is beautiful with great A/C and comfy bed and linens with a wonderful, small pool and beach club that is a semi-private terrace. Mari gave me a 250 peso 10 % discount for my troubles.
