J	Josue Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t stay in the hotel but i went to have lunch in the hotel restaurant. I order some tacos and noticed human hair in two of my tacos after my first bite. I called the server to return the dish and he even got mad woth me and not even apologizing for the inconvenience. Overall food quality Is low and service not very friendly

The view of the lake is amazing! You can swim too. They also have kayaks and do boat tours. It’s not far away don’t the town.

The staff at hotel and in the restaurant is not very service-minded and they forgot our orders in the restaurant. The American breakfast is really poor. Their yogurt with grenola is good and the fresh orange juice taste good. The bar plays at the afternoon really loud music, stop with that. One night here is enough.

A	April Cline-Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was pricey for quality. Bare bones 1960's tile and decor, average food, poor Wifi... but it was clean and the views were stunning!! People were kind. Spanish speaking staff. We'd probably look around a bit more for a better value if we were to return. But it was safe and comfortable for our one night stay.
H	Henric Carlsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place a 10 out of 5 for the view, a 2 out of 5 for both rooms and food..actually, there is nothing wrong with the rooms, they are clean and comfortable enough but for the price point they should be better. However, I've stayed here a couple of times anyway and will probably do the next time as well. So from that perspective, why would they upgrade the rooms when I come anyway? Other pros are good facilities line canoeing, boat trips and close to town . Stay here but don't spend your time in the room or in the restaurant (unless it is for a cold beer).
T	Topher Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a boat tour through them and they did everything to accommodate our wheelchair, even helping carry it up and down the 40 or so steps to the docks. Since it was a small manual chair, they also helped lift it onto the boat. Great experience!
