★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena ubicación, demasiado sucio, muy deteriorado, no te dan toallas y la recepcionista de la mañana pésima atención, además de que hay un antro abajo y la bulla no te deja descansar bien.
 Very good location, too dirty, very run-down, they don't give you towels and the receptionist in the morning lousy attention, plus there's a dive downstairs and the noise doesn't let you rest well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cerca de la playa, pero las habitaciones si estan bastante descuidadas, hay hormigas y hasta cucarachas llegamos a ver.
Very close to the beach, but the rooms are quite neglected, there are ants and we even see cockroaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable de principio todo se veía bien llegamos dejamos las cosas y salimos a la playa cuando regresamos y los niños se querían meter a la alberca estaba súper sucio pero lo peor fue cuando regresamos a las habitaciones y encontramos una "chinche" en la cama los demás del grupo empezaron a revisar en sus cuartos y encontraron también aparte los colchones estaban muy sucios pésima experiencia al final exigimos nos regresaran nuestro dinero y buscar otro lugar donde hospedarnos
Zero recommendable at first everything looked good when we arrived we left our things and went to the beach when we got back and the children wanted to get into the pool it was super dirty but the worst thing was when we returned to the rooms and found a "bug" in the bed The rest of the group began to check their rooms and also found that the mattresses were very dirty. A terrible experience. In the end, we demanded that they return our money and find another place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las fotos de la publicidad se ve muy limpio, pero en verdad está muy sucio, yo llevé 7n grupo de 50 personas y todos se quejaron por falta de limpieza. Nos entregaron tarde las toallas y está muy descuidado y sucio. Nada que ver con las fotos y lo que ofrecen y es muy caro para el servicio.
The advertising photos look very clean, but it is really very dirty, I took 7n a group of 50 people and they all complained about the lack of cleanliness. Towels were delivered late and it is very run down and dirty. Nothing to do with the photos and what they offer and it is very expensive for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar ,sucio(demasiadas cucarachas), ruidoso por que el hotel está sobre la discoteca que toda la madrugada hay música ? a todo volumen. No hay persona responsable del lugar para apoyar de algún servicio, alberca sucia sin mantenimiento.
Terrible place, dirty (too many cockroaches), noisy because the hotel is above the disco where there is music ? at full volume all morning. There is no person responsible for the place to support any service, dirty pool without maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. Las fotos nada que ver con la habitación que nos ofrecieron.
La habitación olía muy mal y todo se veía muy sucio. Habitación muy pequeña, la alberca se veía asquerosa. Sábanas con manchas, igual la colcha y las cortinas.
Nuestro error fue no pedir que nos mostraran la habitación ya que la entregaban después de medio día y nosotros teníamos un tour pero pudimos dejar nuestras cosas... obvio cuando nos entregaron la habitación nos fuimos y no nos regresaron los $700 que nos cobraron por algo que parecía hotel de paso.
Lousy place. The photos have nothing to do with the room they offered us.
The room smelled very bad and everything looked very dirty. Very small room, the pool looked disgusting. Sheets with stains, like the bedspread and the curtains.
Our mistake was not asking to be shown the room since it was delivered after noon and we had a tour but we were able to leave our things... obviously when they delivered the room we left and they did not return the $700 they charged us for something It looked like a passing hotel.
