Hotel Restaurante Casa San Juan - 97780 Valladolid

Unfortunately I do not recommend this place. No one from the service speaks English. In addition, contrary to the opinions, the breakfast was very poor.

Our first night in Valladolid we visit this restaurant and have a delicious dinner and icy cold beers. Lucky us ?

Restaurant is nice. My hotel room was damp. And the rosters next door started around 3:30am

The food is good. But the service is remarkably slow. We only ordered chicken wings and it took over an hour.

As other commented , two rooms of this hotel are terrible , I guess they are prepared to deal in emergency situation like overbooking. These toons are workers quarter quality. Later, when I checked my credit card payment record for the month, I found this hotel charged me almost 3times higher price. Receipt looked fine , but print was not clear. The figure looks 3 but actually is 8 . Left half of 8 was not clearly printed… something is very very wrong.

An awesome hotel. Very comfortable. WiFi available, restaurant on site. Will definitely stay again. I wish they had a refrigerator in the room. Other than that everything was perfect!

We booked this hotel, because we had one spare night left in Vallodalid and it’s very good value for money! We paid 40 eur through booking.com for one night in a room, including breakfast. First of all we received a response from the hotel after we’ve booked to let us know that they’ll be there when we arrive. Which is also new to us. Furthermore, when we arrived they knew our names and could directly lead us to our room. We were in room number 7, which was a nice separate room. The room was extremely tidy and clean and was also spacious. The really only thing was that the hotel is next to something like a farm and there are multiple roosters saying good morning from 5.30 am. So don’t forget your earplugs. Besides that , somebody decided to walk the stairs next to us and the remove above us, many times between 7-9. The breakfast was good, not amazing, but great service though and they made custom vegetarian food for us. Overall 5 stars because of price, but really a 4.8 because of the noise in the morning.

we slept in the hotel and ate in the restaurant. the best service we've come across while traveling in mexico. service very helpful, food amazing, pool water clean. breakfast repetitive but plenty of choice and everything fresh. I recommend the hotel and restaurants!
