Looking for a casual nice place near the beach? That is the place. Friendly and helpful staff will make tour stay the best experience. Not to mention the best breakfast in town.

I would give less than one star if I could. the one positive thing was the room was lovely. Downhill from there. I called the day before I arrived and asked about internet and was told they had great internet. First thing I say upon arrival is to confirm that the internet is strong enough to have remote clients during the day. Was told at that point their internet doesn't really work. Well decided to sleep the night and move somewhere else the next day. The room was stifiling hot so just turned on AC opened windows and laid on bed till things got cool. Got up to put groceries in Fridge and fridge doesn't work. I'm like well really don't need the fridge so it's ok. Sun was going down so tried the lights, no lights work. I call and it seems the host had failed to turn on my electricity. Finally got turned on. In Mexico, there is always drinking water in the room. I go to look for some and can't find it anywhere. Another call, oh we forgot to put water in the room. As I go to prepare my coffee for the morning, I look everywhere for a cup or glass or something I can drink coffee with??? Another call and I finally get a cup and glass. I was so frustrated by that point that I didn't bother to call about the toilet that did not flush. They will have to deal with that problem themselves :( . Horrible experience - Host would not provide Owners name or number - hopefully he or she will read this review and care enough to reach out. I stay in the area frequently so I know what to expect. Don Hollingsworth.

Place is newly renovated, clean. Pool, close to the downtown square. And the staff is so kind and thoughtful through your experience here. Would recommend and come back!

Firstly, the room is decent and clean. The staff is very kind. We left after one night because the amenities that were promised through expedia and google were not provided. There is no wifi,no cell reception with verizon, no fridge, no blowdryer; it is not close to the beach or restaurants. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Can I suggest a mattress topper? The room is super large with nothing in it, but a chair and two beds and a TV. Breakfast is not included either.

Fantástico!!!! Excellent customer service. Large, clean, modern suites with comfy beds. Great price. Cheap and delicious food nearby, and dogs to cuddle....what more could you want? :)
