Las instalaciones pésimas, la señora que nos atendió súper grosera, de molesto por la tarifa que nos habían dado por teléfono y quiso cobrarnos de más…. Cuando salimos del hotel querían cobrarnos las toallas por HABERLAS USADO! (No entiendo para que creen que son las toallas) decían que estaban sucias, obviamente por que las utilizamos regresando de la playa…No lo recomiendo. Horrible!! The terrible facilities, the lady who attended us super rude, annoyed by the rate they had given us over the phone and wanted to overcharge us…. When we left the hotel they wanted to charge us for the towels for USING THEM! (I don't understand what they think the towels are for) they said they were dirty, obviously because we used them coming back from the beach ... I don't recommend it.

Lo único malo que me tocó a mí es la regadera, pero de ahí,todo excelente... I would say that it is fine, if you want to stay in a quiet and comfortable place, without going up so many stairs or an elevator... The only bad thing that happened to me is the shower, but from there, everything was excellent...
K	Kim Estefani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy cómodo el hotel, la alberca no está muy profunda y pues algunos niños se pueden meter, las habitaciones son buenas bueno al menos la que me tocó, pero lo que si no me gustó fue que en las regaderas no salía mucha agua o salía y se iba y pues eso no me gustó The hotel is very comfortable, the pool is not very deep and some children can get in it, the rooms are good, well at least the one I got, but what I didn't like was that the showers didn't give out much water or and he left and well I didn't like that
s	sebastian bahena montoya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios muy accesibles a comparación de otros hoteles, las habitaciones están más o menos ya que algunas puertas no funcionaban bien, pregunten bien cuáles habitación tienen cocina equipada (ya que al parecer solo son las habitaciones grandes), tiene una alberca muy bonita y tiene lugar para comer ahí mismo; el trato por parte del personal lo considero eficiente 8/10 ya que una de las empleadas no tiene un muy buen carácter pero todos los demás si. En caunto a su ubicación está súper bien ya que hay demasiadas cosas al los alrededores, desde tiendas, restaurantes, fondas y hasta farmacias (también antros cerca jeje) Very affordable prices compared to other hotels, the rooms are more or less since some doors did not work well, ask carefully which rooms have an equipped kitchen (since apparently they are only the large rooms), it has a very nice pool and it has a place to eat right there; I consider the treatment by the staff to be efficient 8/10 since one of the employees does not have a very good character but all the others do. In terms of its location, it is super good since there are too many things in the surroundings, from shops, restaurants, inns and even pharmacies (also clubs nearby hehe)
