★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos son amables, te ayudan a resolver los trámites, pero hay que anotarse y depende el horario está saturado. Y recuerden leer las letras pequeñas de los contratos de tarjetas de DÉBITO.
The executives are friendly, they help you solve the procedures, but you have to sign up and it depends on the schedule is saturated. And remember to read the fine print on the DEBIT card contracts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! Sus cajeros están manipulados a mi me entrego otra tarjeta y no me percate porque el plástico era igual, hasta que quise volver hacer uso de mi tarjeta me di cuenta y quién saco mi plástico ya había gastado mi dinero y obvio no se hacen responsables de nada.
Appalling!!! Their ATMs are being manipulated, I gave myself another card and I didn't realize because the plastic was the same, until I wanted to use my card again I realized and whoever took my plastic had already spent my money and obviously they are not responsible for anything .

Nobody attends! Nobody says hello, everyone is empathetic! Zero attitude of service, hurts of banking company, insurance or culture does it have, how will your attention be globally?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de la sucursal no sabe leer, a pesar de que les mostré las indicaciones para realizar un retiro de Metlife, la supuesta encargada de la sucursal le siguió la corriente al cajero pésimo que está trabajando hoy 8 de enero de 2022.
The branch staff can't read, even though I showed them the instructions to make a withdrawal from Metlife, the supposed branch manager played along with the lousy cashier who is working today January 8, 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este solo lo visite una vez y pues es un banco normal, cuenta con cajero ATM y atención de personal de Lunes a Sábado. Desconozco sus horarios y la atención al cliente. Antes era de su banco pero nunca me ofrecieron una tarjeta y mejor me cambié a BBVA, que igual tampoco me la han ofrecido pero su app ayuda muchísimo jajajaja.
You only visit it once and it is a normal bank, it has an ATM and personal attention from Monday to Saturday. I don't know their hours and customer service. Before, it was from their bank but they never offered me a card and it was better for me to switch to BBVA, which hasn't been offered to me either but their app helps a lot hahahaha.
