Matias shot our wedding video and it was absolutely amazing! We were able to show it to everyone at our reception when we returned and they loved it!

Hired Matias for our wedding in May 2018. We really liked his videos and had a good feeling with him when we talked over skype so we decided to purchase a package that included a highlight video as well as a full length one. We have received our highlight video in December 2018, 6 months after the wedding, when in the contract it was supposed to be 8-10 weeks. We are happy with the highlight video we received, although it took a lot of time, Matias was nice enough to edit it to our liking. Unfortunately though, at the time of writing this review, Dec 16th 2019, we still haven't received our full length video. For at least 6 months now, Matias hasn't been returning messages or emails. This is the most important day of our life and we trusted him in capturing those moments, we are so disappointed that this is ending up in a bad review. We would honestly not recommend him as he has not been reliable at all, always coming up with excuses and saying we would be receiving the video in a few days....it has now been 565 days. We have paid a lot of money for this and we ended up with only half of what we paid for. He requested a deposit when booking and the remaining of the amount on the day of the wedding. This means he now has all of our money but only delivered half of the agreement. We have waited to review as we were hoping he would deliver, but it's been 18 months since the wedding and we are still waiting. We will update our review if anything changes, but that's where we stand as of today.
