Great selection of tiles, toilets, sinks etc. Good prices and excellent customer service

BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY. I bought 2 faucets, which they didn’t have in stock. I paid for them in full and had to come back 2 days later to pick them up. The faucets did not fit my sink. I brought the faucets back to return and they said that the 7 day return policy countdown started on the day I paid, rather than the day they delivered the product to the store for me to pick up. I offered to take a store credit and they refused.

They probably have the best section that we found for our needs, however availability is another thing as is a lot of things are here in Mexico. We are learning this after being here 7yrs. So if you plan on changing things for remodeling check into items a month or more before you need to start the project!

We purchased pool tile and one bag of mortar. We purchased both items on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have them and they had to order them. We were not in a hurry and did not mind the week wait. On Wednesday, August 25th we picked up the pool tiles and the bag of mortar. On Monday, August 30th our pool technician informed us, the mortar was not the correct one. On Tuesday, August 31st we went to back Interceramic Playa Del Carmen store to return the mortar and was informed by Ricardo we waited to long to return it since it was purchased on August 17th. We explained to Ricardo we had to wait a full week while the store order the items and from the date of pick up it was not even a week. However the only response from Ricardo was to leave the bag and if they sell it, he would call us to give our money back or keep it. He refused to offer the refund or even a store credit. This is horrible customer service and this is how this store treats customers who have shopped there many times and purchased thousands of dollars worth of tiles. If you are in need of tiles, choose another store. This one is horrible and forget any type of customer service. Never shop at Interceramic Playa Del Carmen!!

Really good selection of quality products. I found the prefect tiles, sink and faucet for my kitchen. Ricardo was wonderful to work with.

Excellent service. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Great prices and selection. Ricardo Guzmán the sales executive that attended to us was ever so patient and gave us excellent advice and tips. Easily accesible fright of the highway with plenty of parking. The showroom has great sample ideas too.
