A	Alejandro Escamilla Rincón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fotógrafa es muy buena, muy amable y sus fotos de muy buena calidad, el problema viene con sus asistentes, no te ayudan y son groseras, 4 veces acudí y no pudieron dar solución a mi petición, al final tuve que ir con otro fotógrafo ------- En el mes de enero acudí a tomarme unas fotos para unos trámites, resulta ser que necesitaba más fotos, así que quería ver la posibilidad de que tuvieran todavía el archivo de la foto de enero o sino volverme a tomar las fotos. Acudí el martes 22 de febrero como a las 6:20pm, la puerta estaba abierta, toque el timbre y nadie salió, al día siguiente acudí alrededor de la misma hora, toqué el timbre y una chica salió, le comenté lo que necesitaba, hizo varias llamadas y al final me comentó que no se encontraba nadie que me pudiera ayudar que regresara el día de mañana antes de las 7pm. Acudo al día siguiente como a las 5pm, me atiende una chica diferente a la del día anterior, cuando le comento la situación me responde de manera muy pedante "pues yo no se, yo no trabajé en esas fechas", le pregunto que qué se puede hacer y me dice "venga mañana y que la dueña lo atienda", le pregunto a qué hora estará disponible y me dice el horario del establecimiento. Acudo por última vez el lunes 28 de febrero como a las 11am y me atiende esta chica nuevamente, le pregunto directamente por la fotógrafa a lo que me responde que no está, le pregunto que como a qué hora regresará y me dice "pues no se, no es de mi interés" le pregunto que en cuánto tiempo regreso y nuevamente me da el horario del establecimiento. Derivado de eso mejor decidí acudir a otro lugar. The photographer is very good, very kind and her photos are of very good quality, the problem comes with her assistants, they do not help you and they are rude, I went 4 times and they could not solve my request, in the end I had to go with another photographer ------- In the month of January I went to take some photos for some procedures, it turns out that I needed more photos, so I wanted to see the possibility that they still had the January photo file or else take the photos again. I went on Tuesday, February 22, around 6:20 p.m., the door was open, I rang the bell and no one came out, the next day I went around the same time, I rang the bell and a girl came out, I told her what I needed, she did several calls and in the end he told me that there was no one who could help me to come back tomorrow before 7pm. I go the next day around 5pm, a girl who is different from the one the day before attends me, when I tell her about the situation she answers me in a very pedantic way "well, I don't know, I didn't work on those dates", I ask her what can do and he tells me "come tomorrow and let the owner take care of you", I ask him what time he will be available and he tells me the opening hours of the establishment. I go for the last time on Monday, February 28 at around 11am and this girl attends me again, I ask her directly for the photographer to which she answers that she is not there, I ask her what time she will return and she tells me "well, I don't know , it is not of my interest" I ask him how long it will take to return and again he gives me the opening hours of the establishment. As a result of that, I decided to go to another place.
