Truly exceptional experience! It all starts with the right people. To name a few that stood out to us: Genri, Marta, Clemente, Abigail & Leo. Jashita has all of the best people. The service was outstanding. Beautiful resort tucked into the middle of what feels like a private little tropical jungle then opens up to a massive coral reef. Dinner, lunch & breakfast on the beach with a tropical setting and close up and personal to the ocean with a nice cool breeze. Finally, the food here is amazing. The owner takes a divine interest in his guests and makes it a point to welcome them and check in on their experience. Again, the food is so amazing. Will forever remember and love this very special place and it’s great people. 10/10!

Highly recommend. Gorgeous property, quiet, relaxing, clean, amazing staff, beautiful ocean, delicious food & drinks. Such a hidden gem.

We absolutely loved our stay. Always tough as have two boys 16 and 19. They need to be close enough to the nightlife but like us also appreciate great food, wonderful service and real comfort. Jashita ticked all the boxes. Be mindful Jashita is about 15k from Tulum beach where most of the lively restaurants and beach bars are. Although not far taxis are expensive and never a fixed price. A return trip can cost $130...There is no haggling!! That said we would absolutely return and so would the kids. Thanks team Jashita!!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and cannot say enough nice things about this place! It’s a boutique luxury resort in seemingly the middle of no where, set amongst a jungle and on its own private beach. The hotel is the only hotel on the bay so you basically have the whole place to yourself. Tons of amazing snorkeling and reef right off the beach. There is seaweed in the bay (like much of Tulum) but the hotel staff are relentless about cleaning it up so it’s really not a problem there. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant is excellent. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. 5 star service and atmosphere.

Beautiful location very quiet and peaceful not too overwhelming but offers simple luxury with a great restaurant and drinks the staff is super friendly accommodating and welcoming special thank you to Daniel for the daily menu recommendations :)

I hate to write this but I feel that I have to. The staff continued to lie - this is what got me upset. I travel the world. The hotel is on the most beautiful bay that they keep impeccable. The servers/bartenders were fantastic. The restaurant “pandano” and the owner clemente is perfection. If you dont stay - you must dine there. We ate ever meal there :-). First off - there were not 3 upgrades. And the shower was not fixed immediately (or ever) it took a week. Our friends stayed in a large suite and had flooding daily. They have pictures but didnt want to review Funny you say that we heard from owner. That never happened. We were there during low season so we were given an upgrade after tipping the receptionists. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled to Cabo on the 6th day so had to stay an extra night. They told us that they would not offer the same rate we were currently paying and wanted triple the price for the rooms even though no one was arriving that day. If they didnt want to provide an upgrade we would have been happy with our first rooms at time of arrival. It was the fact we needed another night and acted horrible. they interrupted our lunch to instruct us that we must move the room immediately as the guests were checking in. (LIE) The hotel had 5 rooms booked and room 37 was never utilized. It was confirmed by many staff. The manager was the worst - she was rude, insensitive, and continued to lie. The other women apologized that they had to act that way but were Instructed to lie When my friend moved her room - they placed her in the same room she had checked into on the first day that had a broken shower. No work had been done all week. They never apologized and never fixed the shower. Beautiful hotel that needs a lot of customer service training and work!!! Horrendous! The response below indicates that a shower that floods the room is minor. Again - you still take little accountability when you are wrong. But love to blame customers. We stayed at las ventanas in cabo after this trip and it was hands down the best.- puts you to shame. Don’t spend the time at this place. But eat the food!!!!

Stay was great! Room was nice and service was awesome! Front desk said they booked our ride back to airport but never did. We will likely miss our flight because of it! Totally ruined our stay and trip!

Spectacular location, the views from the restaurant are unique. I was delighted with the service and their attention to detail. And you can't miss the sangria that they prepare at noon on the rooftop bar!
