★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estrella es mucho para calificar este laboratorio y su personal.
La recepcionista muy déspota, no respetan el horario que te dan al sacar cita por teléfono, ella dice que no manejan sus horarios.
Ya van dos veces que saco la cita vía telefónica y ni siquiera es buena para buscar el folio. Y en atención al cliente te dicen que si realizan ciertos laboratorios y llegando al lugar te dicen que no.
 One star is a lot to rate this lab and its staff.
The very despotic receptionist, they don't respect the schedule they give you when you make an appointment by phone, she says they don't manage their schedules.
It has already been twice that I make the appointment by phone and it is not even good to look for the folio. And in customer service they tell you that if they perform certain laboratories and arriving at the place they tell you no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan muchisimo en atender las personas en recepción, dan turnos y no respetan los turnos ni orden de llegada.
Tienen que salir los tecnicos a ayudar porque las de recepción no pueden hacer bien su trabajo.
Una decepción
They take a long time to attend to the people at the reception, they take turns and do not respect the shifts or order of arrival.
The technicians have to go out to help because the receptionists can't do their job well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan muchísimo tiempo en atender a la gente, dejan esperando exageradamente. El personal que hace la prueba se gue a comer una hora y media y no hay quien supla, no tienen orden, me lastimaron, me hicieron sangrar de la nariz y su publicidad dice que la prueba es sin molestias. Pésimo en general.
They take a long time to serve people, they leave people waiting exaggeratedly. The staff that does the test stay for an hour and a half to eat and there is no one to replace them, they have no order, they hurt me, they made me bleed from the nose and their advertising says that the test is without discomfort. Terrible in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno el tiempo de espera para generar la orden de los estudios así como la toma de muestra es bueno, entregan los resultados en tiempo y forma. Aquí realizan pruebas para covid-19 no es necesario agendar cita.
The service is good, the waiting time to generate the order for the studies as well as the sampling is good, they deliver the results in a timely manner. Here they perform tests for covid-19, it is not necessary to schedule an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio se tardan en promedio 25 minutos solo para tomar los datos, extravian y se confunden con la documentación todos hacen de todo es de verdad preocupante el ponerse en manos de gentes tan dispersas
Terrible service, it takes an average of 25 minutes just to take the data, they lose and get confused with the documentation, everyone does everything, it is really worrying to put yourself in the hands of such dispersed people

Te dan cita, y llegas mucho antes que tu cita, y al llegar a recepción simplemente ya no te atienden pues las recomendaciones para el estudio ya pasaron.
La fila de gente ya estaba hasta las oficinas de agua....
No lo recomiendo
Terrible service at reception... more than 1 hour to be able to pass and charge 7 people.
They give you an appointment, and you arrive long before your appointment, and when you arrive at reception they simply no longer attend to you because the recommendations for the study have already passed.
The line of people was already up to the water offices....
I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta ahora las dos veces que he venido q hacerme análisis y estudios han sido amables y rápidos. Esta sucursal me queda súper cerca y hasta ahora no ha fallado, puedo decir que los empleados en recepción son un poco antipáticos y no me refiero a que quiero que sean mis amigos… pero el cómo se dirigen, hablan, explican, te das cuenta que no están cómodos en su trabajo, les hace falta mucho ese trato y preparación humana para con los “clientes/ pacientes”. Al final creo que es muy importante porque muchas veces uno llega con dudas debido a la situación de salud por la que terminamos yendo a este tipo de servicios.
So far, the two times I have come to have tests and studies done, they have been friendly and fast. This branch is super close to me and so far it hasn't failed me, I can say that the employees at reception are a bit unfriendly and I don't mean that I want them to be my friends... but how they address, speak, explain, you realize that they are not comfortable in their work, they really need that humane treatment and preparation for “clients/patients”. In the end, I think it is very important because many times one arrives with doubts due to the health situation for which we end up going to this type of service.
