Worse experience ever! Stay away from this place. We purchased some plants and got a written estimate from owner Hector on plants, delivery and installation. We immediately accepted upon reviewing. We agreed that we wouls stop by and pay half of the amount prior to start date and the remainder on day of install. The first thing this bussines did is never told us that we would have a 5% fee added to our credit card payment. I know bussiness have to charge fees for credit card payments but never have we paid more than 3 %. We still continued with the proposal and continued business. The main reason I am writing this review is because they were supposed to arrive at 8am on a Friday and di not arrive until 1030am. The crew was great and its not their fault. At about 1pm I received a call from Hector wanting to charge me additional money not on original proposal because according to him when they started planting the plants it required additional digging effort and it was taking his employees too long? I mentioned that I had sent him pictures of areas where plants would be planted and that he gave me a written estimate with a set price. He was very upset and unproffesional yelling at me that it was going to be extra vecause he didnt estimate it would be harder to plant and also said he would not take away the debris. He continued yelling at me to the point where I said I would just pay the proposal amount agreed on and that he could leace the debris because I wouldnt pay extra since it wasnt agreed upon at signing of proposal. In the end I had to just hang up. The guys finished the job and did a decent job being that they had already been yelled at by their boss Hector because he was rushing them to go do a second job in Tulum after they were done here. I will NOT reccomend this business where its all about making the most money at the expense of lies and also mistreatement of their employees. STAY AWAY! TOO MANY OTHER GOOD CHOICES IN PLAYA
