Great place to stay and easy to get to. Very close to all that you want to see and do.

Quiet, affordable, simple, clean, and host is beyond accommodating! Perfect for a minimalist get away. Easy distance from tulum, cancun, akumal. Cenote within walking distance. 3 restaurants in walking distance. Host will let you borrow bikes. Cab to airport is 1500 pesos.

My wife and I enjoyed the most comfortable and wonderful stay here at Jungle Secrets. Martin was gracious host and assisted us with every request we made of him. The room was clean, the bed was made and the dishes were washed every day. I recommend Jungle Secrets to anyone and everyone who is looking for an adventurous stay in the Riviera Maya and not a "dummy center" (resort). Sure retorts are nice, but this is more in every aspect. I will be returning to Jungle Secrets to capture more of Mexico and to see Martin again! Muchos gracias para todos, Martin!

Me, my girlfriend and our 16 months old boy had a fantastic stay at Jungle Secrets Riviera Maya. We stayed for 10 days over Christmas 2019. The hotel is very small and cozy with only 3 floors and a handful of rooms, we stayed on the second floor in one of the rooms and my family in the other room which meant we had a whole floor to ourselves. They lent us beach chairs, parasols and bikes free of charge and there are cenotes within walking distance! From day one they showed fantastic hospitality and willingness to make sure that the time we stayed would go above and beyond our expectations. Alberto Martin was our point of contact and he’s a natural and amazing in hospitality, he’d check in with us that we had everything we needed and more. If you’re looking for somewhere private and quiet to stay I can’t recommend this place enough. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Horrible experience Dirt everywhere, stains on the bed, dead spiders and other animals in the room (including a gecko when I checked the bed - I know it is in the middle of the jungle but anyways bot pleasant). Don‘t imagine the room or the hotel to look like the pictures. Don‘t book!! We left in the middle of the night after we arrived and even preferred to pay 100 USD to get away than to stay for the night.
