The staff were all very friendly. Jordan who ran the teen club was super fun and competitive. Kriss and Adela were both very funny. Would definitely recommend this resort.

R	Robyn Meacham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were supposed to visit this week, and unfortunately I tested positive for COV*D the day before we were supposed to leave. We contacted them and Expedia right away, asking for a credit to come back. We don't even want our money back! They would have rather me traveled there, while symptomatic, than giving me a credit. Everyone we talked to has been very rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed.
T	Troy Meacham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort took care of us and issued a refund. We got COVID bad the day before we left and did the right thing. For that I will leave a 5 star review and will still book a new trip and visit the resort and I’m sure it’ll be great.
E	Ed Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll leave a more detailed review on trip advisor but want to leave initial thoughts on Google. Stayed at Majestic Elegance and couldn’t be more happier. Awesome service and great food! Thanks to entertainment staff, Andrea, Brandon, William, Segovia and Gianna for outstanding entertainment. Special thanks to Roberto the pool bartender for excellent service. Finally to our butler, Rocky Gambia for setting up all our dinner reservations and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Check out my review on Trip advisor. Definitely we will return!
