The techs take good care of your needs. I had the spa pedicure with regular polish. I recommend this nail spa if you’re in Tulum and wanting nail services.

No American metropolitan area rivals New York City for the best Nail Salon experience, Beverly Hills, San Francisco and Miami the closest! This Tulum Spa/Salon has proven to be the best of ALL my global travels including London, Paris and Milan. I take the bi -weekly Spa experience very serious as a Woman. The Woman who is holding hands of imagined or unimagined affluence, is in that moment the most deserving human, and most certainly of her customers attention. I promise myself to learn the language of whatever country I inhabit. Mexico, especially in Tulum it’s Espanol as well as to learn words in the Maya language. It’s my way of showing respect. This Salon impressively speaks French, English, Spanish and Maya possibly other’s. One week after (Husband and I ) after our arrival, and on the same day as my perfect mani and pedi from Kilem, we were struck on our beautiful pale yellow Vespa, by a tourist driving at 50 MPH it was a hit and run. The locals came to our aid immediately as is the Mexican and Mayan way. We were on our way to our romantic evening dinner, sharp dressed to match the elegance that is Tulum fine dining. I wore a custom dress in the vibrant colors that gave a compliment to the manicure and pedicure I had received earlier in the afternoon. We rolled for 52 meters suffered burns and deep gouges. The gods were watching over us! No broken bones, no concussions, our hands not protected, nor our legs or feet. All of my jewelry came off bracelets and a gold diamond ring flung off in the long skid and not to be found. On a personal note I am a writer, my hands were spared, my nose and lips on my face burned, my feet wounded, my gold leather lace up high heeled wedges were literally burned off my feet. The AMAZING part is my pedicure and manicure, eyes and brows remained untouched! The energy gifted to me earlier by the women of K'ilem, truly I believe these goddesses gifted me protections. When I had my services earlier that day, I tried several times while connected to the wifi to leave a review of how impressed I was! Every time I hit send for no obvious reason it would not work. I do understand now writing this, It was to be an unusual review snd the time is now right. So far everybody has commented on the wounds with empathy, more AWESOMELY they have commented on how nice my toes and hands! The most asked question to me from the general public has been; “how did you manage a pedicure and manicure with your wounds?” Forthright and with instant ease, I couldn’t this is from the day of the accident. How has it stayed so perfect, my reason is it’s a goddess energy gifted by the Women of KI’Lem. Healing nicely and grateful to tell this story! Hands,Feet and Face DOWN or UP!! This place is AMAZING! In closing, I said a prayer to the ancient energy and gods of this sacred place for allowing us to not only be present, to dive in the Cenotes once healed, and to know our deep gratitude for the people. I asked for permission to be here! I suggest for any tourist or outside dwellers to do the same. Be a good human being! Tulum is a magical and special place to be and we are honored to be here. Ladies and Gentlemen there is no better pamper for a P&M make it a date and enjoy the treatment! It’s as lush as the Jungle!

Amazing service and amazing product quality. I went 3 times already and they always take such good care of me and my nails. Plus, they have so many colour options, I never know which one to choose. Highly recommended !

WORST NAIL STUDIO EVERRR!!! I’m absolutely shocked by this awful nail studio. Me and two of my friends had a pedicure at Kilem. We were quite happy with the pedicure, except that my big toe nail was cut way too short and the girl could only talk to her colleague about how tired she was and wanted to go home. She was too busy to look at her own nails I had to ask her multiple times if she could put the lamp back on my feet so the gel could dry. But after a few weeks when the gel got off we we’re horrified by how our nails looked. Part of our nail is dissolved besides that there’s fungus and they got infected. Kilem doesn’t give back any money because they feel it’s not their fault. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!!! They’re frauds!

Wow wow wow! I am so happy and impressed with the service at Kilem. Hands down one of the best salons in the area. They were extremely patient, understanding, artistic and kind! I got gel nail extensions with a nice gold flakes and i’m in love with the way it turned out. Big thank you to Kim who made my birthday super special— I really appreciate all you’ve done to make sure my nails are perfect for my happy day. This is a long overdue review for this amazing nail studio! I was in Tulum for vacation celebrating my birthday and belated honeymoon that kept getting postponed due to covid. Wanted to treat myself to a nice mani pedi and decided to book an appointment at Kilem despite the negative review online that I suspected-and later confirmed- was a scam. I was so glad I went to Kilem! What a fantastic service and beautiful arts I received! The owner was super attentive, the ladies were friendly and thorough, and their covid protocol was excellent! I loved my nails and felt like I was getting what I paid for and more! They’re clearly passionate people doing what the love doing. Thank you to the team at Kilem! Hope to return there one day! ❤️

I can recommend to do your lashes and brows here! Nails - no ? Took off layer of my own nails, it’s very bad and painful( I texted Ki’lem after, they offered me to fix my nails by different tech and return money for manicure. New nails really good, I am grateful for excellent service!?
