★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay at Kuka y Naranjo! The small hotel has everything you need for a great city trip or relaxing getaway. Nicely decorated rooms, pretty hotel facility and a beautiful natural pool to cool off. The many plants around the area were lovely and so was the incredible friendly staff. Much of within the hotel is handcrafted and organic: from furniture to soap, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast had many options included to order a la carte and they were all delicious. The even offered an affordable laundry service, protected parking space and a selection of card and board games which my husband and I loved! We can not wait to come back here one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite beautiful, from the small pool to common areas and the room was small but very neat and pretty. Parking is 1 min walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful and trendy hotel, delicious breakfast and all at an affordable price. I particularly loved their own line of soap and shampoo that is organic and made locally. Book a room with the terrasse. :-) Our room even had a hammock. I would totally stay here again and recommend to a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was extremely cute. I recommend the hotel to people who appreciate a more authentic atmosphere and the "eco" attitude. The minuses are a noise (you really hear everything) and the shower wasn't working well. The breakfast was nice and tasty. The city centre is within walking distance. I recommend checking the QE code with the tourist guide in the hotel, very nicely prepared with a lot of great places, restaurants etc. in Merida.

Hey Guys on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes places are great but they’re just not the right fit for you, and that’s how K&N was for me. It was just a little too south of the main square in a busy, cheaper area. Yes, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the better area north of the main plaza, but those repeated extra 15 minutes each way every time you want a good cup of coffee or gelato or lunch really added up. If you’re the type who wants a cute cafe a block away, you’re better off staying up by Santa Lucia Park.
That said, the place is super cute. The fact they can do laundry for you is a big plus. The omelette was great for breakfast (the waffle was outright terrible). But the pool was too cold to use in February. You also can’t flush your toilet paper.
