Very good service, very honest since my girlfriend forgot a ring in the fitting rooms and Ms. Rosalba took it to Customer Service where they returned it to us, their honesty is greatly appreciated.

El vendedor me dijo que máximo en dos semanas estaba entregado.
Lo intentaron dejar en mi casa al mes de comprado no obstante retardado 2 semanas después del compromiso estaba todo sucio y percudido, con la excusa de “es que viene de Acapulco”. Un artículo nuevo NO debe de entregarse sucio y mal empacado y debe entregarse en las fechas ofrecidas por el vendedor. Y más por el costo caro de este.
A la fecha no tengo solucionada la fecha de entrega y seguro sigue sucio.
PÉSIMA Atención al cliente, no hay seguimiento debes de estar persiguiendo al vendedor.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE ENTREGA. En fechas y calidad.
Buy an armchair in Acapulco 1 month ago.
The seller told me that maximum in two weeks was delivered.
They tried to leave it in my house at the month of purchase however delayed 2 weeks after the commitment was all dirty and percudido, with the excuse of "is coming from Acapulco". A new item must NOT be delivered dirty and poorly packed and must be delivered on the dates offered by the seller. And more for the expensive cost of this.
To date I have not solved the delivery date and insurance is still dirty.
PÉSIMA Customer service, there is no tracking you must be chasing the seller.
PAST SERVICE DELIVERY. In dates and quality.
