I do not recommend it! The apartment I stayed in by previous tenants had broken the door and the sheet metal, the water in the boiler comes out lukewarm, the mattresses are already old and you cannot rest well, and the sheets and pillow covers were dirty. Neighbors who live in other apartments are very noisy and come home from work around 2 or 3am and arrive with their scandal. The wifi goes off all the time and the television looks very bad, there is no air conditioning in the room. They give you an amount of electricity to spend, if you exceed it you have to pay 30 pesos for each kilowat. What they don't tell you is that the department has an "individual" pump that turns on all the time so the consumption of light increases. They tell you that a meter belongs to the department when there are only 3 electricity meters, so it is a lie since there are like 7 or 8 departments in that place. During my stay I almost did not consume light because it was not there and the lights were off, at night only the fan in one bedroom was turned on, but in the end they demanded that I pay an excess of light.
