We have eaten at this resturant every year that we visit Puerto Vallarta. We have always been extremely impressed with both the quality of service and the quality of the food. This year at there new location, the quality of there food and service has increased significantly, if that were possible. Although there are many other Italian resturant options in Puerto Vallarta, thus is definitely our preferred choice. On Mar 27th my wife and I visited LA Dolce for a farewell dinner before heading home to Canada. After having a wonderful pasta dinner with excellent service my wife and i were preparing to leave the resturant. My wife, who has mobility issues, was having difficulties pushing her chair back so she could stand. One of the staff rushed over, helped my wife to stand. He then offered my wife his arm and assisted her to walk through the resturant, out the doors and down the steps to the parking lot. Chivalry is not dead. Words can't express how impressed we were with the way we were treated and I cant help but think that this is the way the staff treat all there customers. What a wonderful place to have a first class Italian meal

Enjoyed my salmon meal and husband loved his pizza. Planning to come back late October with family. Our waiter was so friendly. Very concerned about meeting our needs. I was a little disappointed because they don't have eggplant parmesan.

Let me start by saying this has been one of my favorite restaurants in PV for over two years. Tonight was the first time i ordered linguine scoglio, i quickly discovering they didn't devein the shrimp. I sent it back right away. Everything else was good including the servers. We received the check and noticed they charged us for the dish i had sent back. The manager was brought over, we explained the issue. He told us that it was our fault because we didn't tell them to devein the shrimp . Then said if he goes to a restaurant he tells them he doesn't like pepper, comparing the vein to pepper. He also said that no restaurants devein their shrimp here in PV, a blatant lie. In the end they made us pay for it . Two hours later im still in disbelief. Anyway that manager cost the restaurant two loyal customers over 238 pesos. Unbelievable.

1st time trying this place and I will definitely be going back, just recommend if you like sauce they are a little scarce on it, pizza was still amazing just needed a little more sauce! The atmosphere was stunning, clean and very well decorated! Be back again for sure!

La Dolce is simply outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with our experience there. We went for dinner with our two teenagers. Firstly the restaurant is beautiful inside - I loved the ambiance. The menu has great variety and is reasonably priced. We ordered a couple of pasta dishes and a couple of pizzas and everything was delicious. The pizzas especially were fabulous…thin crust and plenty of toppings. Our server was attentive and friendly. He suggested tiramisù for dessert which was another winner. I hope to go back before we leave PV this time but if not, we will definitely return next time we are here!

Great food, service and atmosphere. I wish I had discovered this place earlier, I would have bought food to go to eat back at our condo. They could accommodate for gluten free and were knowledgeable of how to prepare gf food for celiacs. My daughter didn’t have to sit there envying everyone else’s food ???
