★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach club is a nice spot with a great wait staff (Rigo is amazing!) and a gorgeous setting. The problem is that they play the music so loudly that you can’t actually relax. When they have their Sunday DJ it’s ridiculously loud. You can’t have a conversation. Several friends I brought there had to leave because they couldn’t take it. Until they change this problem, I won’t be able to enjoy what it has to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a group of friends who were visiting us from Canada. Entering the club was a little off-putting as the front staff seemed rude and impatient. The club is stunning and beautiful. Prices of food and drink seemed to have a little too much of a premium given the entrance fee.
Biggest issue was the internet. The website states good internet for co-working. While we kind of lived with the spotty and slow reception at the front of the beach club near the water it turns out the whole club has unusable intermittent internet. I ended up missing a critical video meeting with a client and it took me 15 minutes between the poor internet and the spotty cell reception to even get through to my clients to let the know I needed to reschedule. Do not expect to be able to work from the club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nicely located and has a nice pool, but during my stay I encountered the following issues:
1. The hostess can only charge the entrance fee and tell you where the toilets are, do not expect anything else from her. I asked her if I could go out the beach club and come back (she said she didn't recommend it) and if I could leave my computer charging next to her, saying she wouldn't be responsible for it and not giving me an alternative
2. Music is super loud and even though I was the only guest at the moment they refused to lower the volume when asked to
3. They are supposed to have a gym which was closed (of course no discount or courtesy was given due to this)
People working here ruin such a great place. It seems like they just want you to. Come here and consume and consume without asking anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the beach club with a group of friends and while we really tried to enjoy ourselves, despite the unwelcoming hostess who sold us our day passes, we finally had to leave. The setting is gorgeous, which is why we wanted to spend the day there. But after lunch, we just had to take off because we couldn't take hearing the loud music anymore. I asked the waiter if he could lower the volume, and although he said yes, nothing changed for the next hour. Finally we just left and hung out on the beach itself. We could even feel the bass from the music after we moved down the beach. I can't recommend because of this problem. Who doesn't love good music at a beach club, but we shouldn't have to suffer hearing loss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you visit San Pancho Nay Mexico, you have to expend almost one day in this Beach Club Tierra Tropical. Nice place, very clean, comfortable, good restaurant and bar. The service is good. To access this club you need to buy a day pass to access to all installation: Pool, Restaurant, Gym, Showers, umbrella beach, towels, etc. Food and beverage has additional cost. Good food.

Pros - lovely pool, amazing massage from the resident chiro (4x the price of the beach tents but very good!), quality food but I only had two items.
Cons - opened over an hour late! They made me sit on the beach while they were inside setting up and could have let me sit on the chair (the same one I paid for an hour later) instead of having me sit on the beach. A little expensive, gym wasn’t open, bathrooms had no running water in the sink so you had to use the showers which grossed me out for the obvious reasons.
