Pregunté por teléfono si hacían la prueba PCR para COVID y dos veces me confirmaron que si, pagué por la prueba PCR y cuando me entregaron el resultado me entere que me hicieron la prueba rápida.
Les dije que yo quería la otra y que había pagado por una PCR pero no me pudieron resolver nada.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Es prácticamente una estafa.
It doesn't deserve any stars.
I asked by phone if they did the PCR test for COVID and twice they confirmed that yes, I paid for the PCR test and when they gave me the result I found out that they did the rapid test.
I told them that I wanted the other one and that I had paid for a PCR but they couldn't solve anything for me.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. It's practically a scam.
