The system is fast, but after they took the sample they left me inflamed, after two days I still have pain and it is purple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo. Abusan de la actual necesitad. Me tardaron 5 días en contestarme el teléfono, 2 días en que un bot respondiera el WhatsApp sin darme solución y una vez que hice el pago, se tardaron más de 36 horas en darme cita. La verdad, el servicio es PÉSIMO.
The service is very bad. They abuse the current need. It took me 5 days to answer the phone, 2 days for a bot to answer WhatsApp without giving me a solution and once I made the payment, it took more than 36 hours to give me an appointment. The truth is, the service is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I have tried making a covid test for 2 days with them through some whatsapp bot. You have to pay upfront which is weird and then when I tried to pay they said their system blocked my card and then they asked me to pay with paypal. Sounds like a total scam. I will not being paying with paypal after 2 days dealing with this awful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. On Jan 2nd I contacted them, within 24hr I had booked 4x PCR tests to be done at our resort on Jan 28 2021. You do have to pay up front, which at first I had found concerning as it was a lot of money for 4x tests. But in the end they came through. They came to my resort on the 28th, did the 4x PCR tests, and gave our results by the end of the day. Thanks for the great service.
