Todo fue muy sencillo: les contacté por WhatsApp para pedir la cita y la pagué por PayPal. Una vez allí, me dio mucha confianza: se entraba de uno en uno, respetando las citas, con un personal muy competente y muy amable (y paciente dado los energúmenos que se presentan de vez en cuando), y al día siguiente recibí el correo con los resultados. Lo recomiendo sin duda! I did the PCR there before returning to Spain in February 2021 (requirement to catch the plane). Everything was very simple: I contacted them by WhatsApp to request the appointment and I paid for it by PayPal. Once there, it gave me a lot of confidence: one entered one by one, respecting appointments, with a very competent and very friendly staff (and patient given the madmen that appear from time to time), and the next day I received the email with the results. I recommend it without a doubt!

The person who administered my test was friendly, informative, and spoke good English. The entire appointment took less than five minutes. My lab results were then emailed to me the same day. Couldn't have been easier.

Four of us showed up at our scheduled appointment time and they saw us promptly. They verified all our information thoroughly and were extremely professional. We had our tests at 14:30 and results were emailed by 18:30. The results were accepted by the Verifly app. Great experience. They made it much easier in a stressful scenario. I highly recommend this lab.
