AVOID. Clothes came back damp, bleach marks on expensive shirts and shorts. Barely cleaned clothes. Rude staff Use somewhere else.

I showed up here December 30 9am with a small bag of laundry. There were about 20 empty washing machines.... And she told me the clothes would not be ready for four days! I asked if I could do it myself and she said no.

This place is now has Eco incorporated in the name. When facing the building, on the left is the laundry service and on the right is the dry cleaners. We went here because of the reviews saying they were honest and charged a fair price. The girl working there was really rude to us. My bag of clothes was one small plastic shopping bag not all the way full and my friend's bag was a over sized tote with large beach towel and sarongs. Even though my friend's bag of dirty clothes was double the size of mine, she said it was 140 pesos each without weighing it. I asked if maybe we could combine them since it was obviously not about weight and she said no, it would be per bag as we had come in with. We asked if they would throw my friend's sneakers into the wash since they had gotten really wet and smelled bad and she said it was not possible. Which is fine. The girl gave attitude I won't get into detail about. I do speak Spanish so there wasn't a language barrier or misunderstanding. And my friend who doesn't speak Spanish even caught onto the worker's bad vibe and poor attitude. We would have ended up paying 280 pesos and not getting my friend's sneakers done. We didn't feel comfortable giving her the money or getting a service from her so we left. We found another place who did the wash, dry, fold, packed it up for BOTH of us AND sneakers for a TOTAL of 112 pesos. Less than what she asked for ONE bag. I don't know if this is just one bad worker or how it now is versus the previous reviews. It seems to be maybe under new ownership with the "eco" now in the name and new sign outside so that is something to consider. I would say be weary and know what the prices should be instead of someone just showing you numbers on a calculator with no price list or scale.

Ruined our clothes. Delivered a big load of laundry with very clear instructions (in Spanish!) on one of the bags saying not to use fabric softener and not to tumble dry. (All the garments also had their own care tags on with the universal symbols saying the same thing, which you’d hope a professional laundrette would understand). We picked the clothes up to find they’d A) all been washed together, not separated B) used fabric softener and C) been tumbled. An expensive silk dress and about $200 worth of sports clothing all ruined.
