★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fine. The employees attitude especially some of the ladies there, believe to be the manager seems like she's doing people a favor selling the food. Has no idea/notion of what good customer service is all about. You could see and hear some of the customers complaining about this same issue while I was there. This is the reason this place receives only one ? in my book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is on the staff, not the food. It seems like this establishment hires incompetent people. All their employees lack of customer service as well and I say so because it's not the first time I have an issue with this franchise. Today's issue is that I ordered a pizza through the app, received the app notification that it was ready for pick up and upon arrival for the pick up, it was not even prepared. I had to wait 10 minutes for it when that's the reason why I ordered through the app instead of walking in and the staff couldn't even apologize for the inconveniences even after I said this generated an inconvenience. They stood quiet and only said I have to wait 8-10 minutes because they don't know what mysteriously happened to the pizza. I have tried submitting reports about this establishment to the CEO, but the company doesn't have a complaint contact for establishments in Mexico.
